I saw something posted some where else about this but could not find the original post. Anyway in the November issue with Wynonna on the cover there's a great layout and article(interview) of Vince and Amy and also some other country artist. Sara Evans is one of them.

Anna , I got the ladies journal and the write up on Vince and Amy's House is awesome. I put it in my scrape book, hope to show that to him some day, soon be 1yr sinceI met him and when i think of it i get up there on cloud 9 mybe my second dream will come true of meeting him again,

Haven't gotten it yet, Shirl...but I'm still looking!!! Walmart didn't have it today...will get Bruce to check some of the local pharmacies in our area the first of next week...I intend to find that magazine!!!

I looked around too but nothing yet. I checked a few places and they still have the oct. issue. I really wanna get it too- sounds wonderful!

Can anyone scan a picture of Vince and amy together what did Vince say about having the Tranner

The only thing he said about the trainer was that he had hired one. He said he had struggled with his weight all his life but that he had (at the time of the article)lost 25 pounds.We know now he has lost about 30/35.He said by his birthday he wanted to lose 50. If I can get my scanner to work ,Jenny ,I'll be happy to scan you a picture. No promises. O.K. ?

I thought this site said it was the October issue...I went to my local supermarket...they had the August and Sept. issues. I went to the local Walmart...they had the Nov. issue. I went to the local pharmacy...they had the Nov. issue...a little voice told me to check the table of contents...and lo and behold there is the article listed....So needless to say I now have a copy of the Nov. issue. It has a very nice article with great pics....a must have for all you diehard Vince fans!!

I picked this up last week What a great read and so neat to see Vince and Amy's beautiful home.

I bought 2 copies at CVS a few days ago. It's a great long article with a nice interview of Vince & Amy and lots of pictures. Their house is lovely!!!

I got this and what a nice article and photo shoot. I would weed my flower garden everyday if Vince would play his guitar and sing for me!! For those of you who weren't able to get the LHJ that was one of Amy's wishes/or fantasies and of course Vince obliged!!

Would that not be a wonderful garden to spend time in, Laura!!! Heck, I'd plant a garden to have Vince come sing & play in it...LOL!!! I love their backyard...it looks so peaceful out there. No wonder Amy says she likes spending time out there!!!

I would plant another garden!! Their backyard is beautiful and does look very peaceful and relaxing. It is someplace I would want to spend time out there too!

Come on down here, Laura...I know nothing about planting a garden!!! Love flowers and plants, but I have a brown thumb like you wouldn't believe!!!

We usually don't do so good when it comes to gardens/plants, but this past spring, we planted Morning Glories, Zinnias and Marigolds...the Morning Glories went crazy! The Zinnias did real well...I think we had our last one this week, though. The Marigolds have been gone for about a month now...will probably plant some dwarf zinnias next year..not sure yet.

Sounds pretty, Val !!! I did have some Impatients (sp?) in a few pots for a while. I was able to keep them alive for a few years, but they stopped producing flowers after about a year..guess they became root-bound, I don't know. But I finally gave up on them. I have a few potted plants around the house that I've had for about 3 years, but I rarely ever plant anything outdoors.

Gee, I just got way OT...!!! Sorry!!! How about those lovely flowers in Vince & Amy's backyard, huh???

Yep Anna...LOL!!! I even had a pumpkin cross over on me yesterday...and it was before we had a chance to carve it for Halloween!!!

Well I was in the beauty shop a couple of days ago and found the Ladies Home Journal and the pictures are very good and a beautiful home and garden! Loved it.

That's really to bad and before Halloween too. I'm not sure I could have kept it from happening. I used to do a lady's hair who owned a florist shop and she said we kill them with kindness. To much of everything .

My daughter gave me a beautiful Persian Violet for Mother's Day one year and the instructions said to cut the blooms off when they shriveled up. I did what it said and the whole plant shriveled up. I thought she was going to cry when she saw it.
