Hey! Tell me if I'm dreaming........in a picture on facebook of Vince with James Taylor - actually, I think it's the video that Alison posted - is Vince wearing the guitar strap we gave him? It's light colored, and I've never noticed him wearing one like that. If you check it out, tell me what you think, please. (Of course, I'm hoping it is! )

That's a good question, Toni. I went back and watched the video again, made it full screen, and then I looked at the picture of Vince holding the strap after Leah gave it to him, and one thing I noticed when comparing the two is that the one he had on in the James Taylor video, it didn't have the dark edges like ours did, unless Vince was wearing it "upside down" with the lyric side down.

I wondered the same thing . I do know that he uses/wears his gifts but I can't say it's the same strap .

Hmmm.....guess when we see him, we'll just have to see if he's wearing it. Anna, when you see him in Mesa you can check it out. Or maybe some of our other friends will notice, too. He's all over the place this Fall. I know for sure he wears the tee shirts he's given. Always looks SOoo cute!

I will be checking it out if he is wearing it in Lancaster in Sept.which will be here before we know it!!

He changes guitars so frequently. I checked every guitar when I saw him June 24th in Louisiana. He didn't have it then. All the straps he used that night were thin, so I really noticed. Hope someone sees it soon. I have a feeling he will wear it on the Opry stage.

Saw Vince in Cherokee, NC, on July 1st. All his guitars had more narrow black straps.

That's what I saw was narrow black straps. I think the strap we gave him will probably wind up in his trophy room, since it has words to his songs on it. It was so beautiful. Really classy.

Lucky girls!! I thought I was on the third row at the casino in Thackerville, OK back in January, and it was the third row of the second section BEHIND all of the hotel guests and other VIP's. Kinda disappointed, but my up close and personal M&G made up for it! I was in a beautiful suite with his Mom and other family members. No complaints!!

Toni,that sounds great!My meet and greet last time was just in a back room and we all lined up in a row and had about 2 minutes with Vince.I was so nervous,didn't know what to say or even what I was saying.I hope that they do things different this year if I'm lucky enough to get another meet and greet!Have a nice day,Crystal
