How I would LOVE to be there!! But my guess is by now not many tickets left...not that I'd be able to get time off to go anyways without quitting my job (which I have considered doing MANY times, believe me!)

I wish as Fan Club Members we would have gotten a chance to buy early for this! Such a shame! But, at least it is almost sold out, I don't think you can get two seats together at this time! Congrats to Vince for 20 years with the GOO!!!!!

If anyone learns if this will eventually be televised please let us know .I would love to be there but can not . sad.gif

I agree that they should televise and videostream it for those of us who can't be there. This is such a big occassion they really should video broadcast these "all-star events" at the Opry.
JBC
I'm not holding my breath about this being televised. They didn't televise Bill Anderson's 50th anniv. show so I kind of doubt this will be either.

I would love to be able to attend that show. It just so happens to also be my Daddy's birthday. Vince, here's hoping you also get to celebrate your 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th, and more.

It's terrible the Opry is no longer televised! Makes me sad! sad.gif Seems like they would have tremendous support, sponsors, and whatever it took to make it possible. Do they even allow video cameras during a show? This is one I'd LOVE to see!!!
countrycrazy
I doubt they allow video cameras...but regular cameras they do allow. And with the features regular cameras have these days, there's more that you can do with them than there were 20 years ago.
