HI everyone,

It is little ole me today so please be paitent as I answer the email regarding your account. Let me give you an idea of the setup and it may help understand the reason of maddes. LOL

• First, the database that was given to me may not have all the updated inforamation. But I think it is very close to be correct. I have imported everyones account into the new system. Then emailed all the CURRENT MEMBERS not expired.

• If your information was not updated before I reiceved it you may indicated you are expired. You can find out by logging in the account area. http://www.vincegill.com/membership/ and viewing your account information. If it says expired when it should not, please send a copy of your reciept to fanclub@vincegill.com and Johanna will take care of it for you.

• If you show active in the system and you did not recieve your account information or your EXTENED COUPON code please check your junk mail. It may have been moved to that account.

• If you have AOL, your mail may have been delayed, and/or been filtered out before it got to you. This is very hard to determine and very frustrating for you and us. We will work with you to make sure you get the emails. However you may want to changer your email to a free service like www.myway.com we have no issues with mail delvery with them. AOL is so big, they are very aggressive on ther spam filters and may think the emails coming from us are spam and not even send them to your box. Contact AOL if you think this is happening.

• The coupon code was sent in a seperate email. It is only for those who are CURRENT MEMBERS. If you expired you are not eligable for the coupon. HOWEVER if you contact Johanna AFTER July 1st she will be glad to look over you situation and make changes to your account if your situation calls for it.

• Belive it or not, this has been a pretty smooth transistion for most. And we promise to respond to all your issues as quickly as we can over the next week. With Fan Fair upon us it is going to take a little time for we work with a lot of your favorite artists (AT LEAST WE HOPE THEY ARE LOL).

• One more thing!!! Once you are inside the fan club section you will see a paragraph stating The New VGFC For Members Only forum password is ******. This is the password you type in AFTER you LOG INTO the webboard and then click on MEMBERS ONLY section. a box will pop in then and that is where you type that forum password in.

Just wanted to thank you, Stephanie, for getting back to me with the coupon code so quickly. Everything went smoothly and have the two month extension to 12/31 now.

Stephanie, when I log in everything is Ok (finally) until I go to the protected area and only a blank page comes up. Although there is a "IF you do not want to wait click here" also gives me a blank page. What am I doing wrong?

Stephanie, I'm trying to help someone get to the page you sign in to rejoin the club again and she also gets a blank page while I'm getting the page clear and ready for her to sign in.

Steph, she got to the page after I typed this, but she needs to know if she can send in a money order - she lives in Canada. I told her I thought a money order would be okay, but wanted to double check.

I get that too, just click on your "reload" button and the page will come up.

I checked this out for Carrie, and there's an option for "Offline payment" that you can click on the little button next to it and send in a check or money order.

I haven't been able to log into the Members Section. Can someone please help with the password. I have a fan club membership already, and I don't know if I missed something or not, but I did not receive a password.

I have a fan club membership valid until 9/06 and have not been able to access the fan club portion. I did not receive a separate email with instructions on how to extend my membership. Please advise as to how to do this and give instructions. I had registered my info and email and did receive the initial email about a new fan club in progress but nothing since.

Nina, Did you enter the password for the Member portion? If you still can't get in to that part write to Amber or any of the other people who take care of the board. They have been very helpful to me.
