I posted on the private membership room but have not gotten a response? I don't understand and I have been off here for awhile due to my Multiple Sclerosis and I am wanting to find out how do I get to the point of buying tickets to the WV concert that goes on sale tomorrow at 10am. I have sent emails to our fan club person and I am not even sure if we still have the same. That is what happens when you are not on here for awhile. I tried going to the site where you buy them and tried even sending a message to customer service but it kept telling me a problem with email?? I don't know what to do and wanted to get tickets? Is there anyone who can answer me?

You need to log into the fan section and there will be a link there that you click. When I went into the fan section, it doesn't look like the link is available yet to click on, it does say "Available Soon" so keep checking

I give up a long time ago .I just go to the venue site .Advantage tickets never got me any advantage .They are no less $$$$ and I have never got closer seating .Sometimes they can be bought sooner than the venue puts them on sale but that's it. My tickets for the Mesa ,Az.show are front row center and I have never gotten that by going thru the club .Good luck tho and enjoy .

Good for you! I tried and tried to get tickets to casino here early and fan club apparently never put them on sale and a local radio station did get early tickets but I had been listening to sat radio Nashville stations and never knew in time to get any - they were all sold out and then later on when open to public I had a time getting Ticketmaster to get me good seats and think I am back in middle somewhere - worst seats I've gotten in a very long time but they were only $70 instead of over $100 like last year at a newer casino.

Go to the Fans section, and there is a question about forgetting your password. Also, if you can retrieve your password, you can click on your "account", and there is a link on it where you can edit your password. I haven't used it before, but maybe it will work for you. Hope that helps
