When he sold them at concerts he had anywhere from small-2x depending on what was left in stock. I assumed it will be the same for the package deal.

Ordering did not work for me when I used google chrome, so I opened up Microsoft explorer, and then I was able to order.

Looks like they only ship to the US so that cuts us Canadians out of the loop

I mean, doesn't it cost the same to send a letter to Canada as it costs to send a letter within the US?
