It's no wonder a lot of artists, Vince included, want to cut ties with the major record labels now a days...they basically have the artists hands tied with everything they do. Didn't Curb release a Greatest Hits album that Tim didn't want released ? Seems I remember Leann Rimes making a statement (against Curb) on one of the award shows a few years back and they showed Tim in the audience and he was applauding her for saying it .

Looks like Tim had a 5 album contract with Curb, and apparently they wanted Tim to wait longer to release another album basically so they could keep him under contract longer. Tim won the portion of the lawsuit and he can cut ties with Curb. Next portion is to determine if Tim breached his contract with Curb.

I thought it was over that greatest hits album they released .Well at least he won part of it .
