It has now sold out on Amazon:
It says..."Availability: Usually ships within 6 to 11 days. Ships from and sold by Amazon.com.".

6 to 11 days?????? That seems like a long time to wait for it to just ship! Which means you are telling the customer they may have to wait 2 weeks or more to get it to your door!

I sure hope everyone knows (MCA execs...etc.) to RUSH more CD's to all the selling outlets! And Fast!

And again it would be a shame if his sales and initial chart position get hurt at all due to problems getting the CD to the customer.

They sold out this afternoon then because I looked about 10 or 11 this morning and they had 4 left. This is great!

I just hope they have a lot more CD sets already ready to ship out to retail outlets etc. and they get there pronto.

Now on the "Best Buy" web site it says the CD is "back-ordered" and "usually ships in 1 to 2 weeks"...

I guess if people get desparate enough they can download to their computer and race out and buy an MP3/IPOD player

And even Target online says "back ordered - ships in 6 to 10 days"....(as opposed to all his other CDs say "ships in 1 to 2 days"

Anyone see a pattern?

It worries me when Amazon, Best Buy, Target all say "back ordered" and 1 to 2 weeks before delivery!

Let alone it seems to have run out in actual retail stores after 1 to 2 days...

So I guess I should be happy - but I also think (hope) this was anticipated and they are able to stock it quickly - Vince deserves to have his new CD on the shelves....

Still # 1 on Amazon even though it sold out earlier today and it went from 20% off to 4% off....

I kind of feel guilty now - that I have bought 4 copies and sent them to family and friends....I can only imagine a poor soul trying hard to get a copy today - and not being able to do so....

And now down to # 2 on Amazon after 4 straight days at #1....could it be the 4% dicount (after being 20% off or more) and the fact they are sold out?

I think they had no idea it would sell so well - and that's a shame.

I hope this is good news!!!!!! I am happy to see the CD selling!!

I got a report from someone from Nebraska who was calling all around to see if the stores had it in stock (she wanted to get a copy for someone), and she said that 3 Best Buys (2 in Nebraska, 1 in Iowa) were all sold out..she called 2 Walmarts where the employees were just totally clueless (one even asked her how to spell Vince's name...!!! I didn't realize Vince's name was so hard to spell! ROTFLOL!!!!), and 2 Targets told her they didn't have it, but one should be getting it next week.

We're going to Walmart today so I'll check and see how many copies, if any, they have left.

Wow...well I am still "antsy" that it seems to be sold out everywhere and people saying they will have copies in a "week" (or more)....will the "casual fan" wait up to 2 weeks to buy?

MCA needs to step up quickly and ship more. I am sure they are, but I will feel better once I see more "stock" everywhere....

Customers can be fickle and if they cannot find something, they may just decide to not buy. I hope not!

It's still only 4% off now on Amazon, sold out, and has slipped to # 5 on their chart.

My Walmart here has about a dozen copies still...apparently my father didn't look over the whole rack, because they're spread out over the whole top rack in the country section...

Just bought the last copy of one of the Walmarts in our area this afternoon. I haven't seen more than 2 copies at a Walmart since release day. I don't know if that means that they didn't order many, or that they have sold a bunch of them already. Maybe they are only putting a few sets out at a time.

fye sold out before it was released - they cancelled some earlier orders and I got mine on Amazon - haven't tried local stores. That is great if the sales keep coming - when does his video come out for CMT and GAC? That will really boost sales again. Wake up MCA!

Freida,I think with the sales at the concerts and all the Internet sales and the stores it will be a whopping success and I think MCA knows it. Someone said they would be getting their burners going great guns.

Got an e-mail from another friend of mine...her original orders from FYE were some of those cancelled...she was in Colorado with her husband and they had to go to 3 stores before they finally found it.
