I WAS JUST WONDERING IF THAT IS A PICTURE OF YOU ON PAGE 62 IN COUNTRY WEEKLY MAGAZINE IN THE NOVEMBER 20 ISSUE WITH VINCE. HOW COOL IS THAT.

Wow...I don't know!!! I sent in a picture a long time ago but never heard anything back. I am going to have to run out and pick up a copy tomorrow. IS there a picture of George Straight on the cover? Thanks for letting me know.

You're a issue ahead of me. Would you believe I still have not gotten my Nov 6 issue in the mail yet? I had to send them a nasty email yesterday complaining. BTW, who is on the cover of the Nov 20 issue? Who knows when that issue will turn up in the mail.

Well I went to the mall today and the only issue they have out right now is the November 6th issue with George Strait on the front. Who is on the front of the November 20th issue? Who is in the picture of me (or maybe not me)?

Yep...that's me I wrote in and told the magazine about the lunch this year and how kind Vince was and has been in the past few years. Well....I will have to pick up a few copies I guess I actually never thought it would be published because I never heard anything from the magazine. Thanks so much for letting me know.

I havent got my Nov. cw either but can't wait now to get it and see you on it Leah, that is awesome.I really thought that Vince would make the front cover.Happy for you,

I was hoping that he would be on the cover also shirl. George Strait and Sugarland have both been on more than once in the past 6 months so I think it is Vince's turn for sure now.
I have no idea if they included the whole letter I sent or just a few words of what I said...Hopefully I can find a copy soon.
It is cold here also shirl...not looking forward to winter....that's for sure.

Leah, It was so cool to see you in Country Weekly. And there is a 4 star review of Vince's new cd's also .

I see I am not the only one that isn't getting their copy of CW timely. Use to be if you had a subscription, you were suppose to get it before it went to the stores. It will be in Wal-mart a week before I get mine. I just got the one with George Strait 2 days ago.

Thanks all...I am just so curious to know exactly what the article says. Is it on the page where different fans are with different artists? I wrote in a letter about how generous Vince was and I am just wondering how much of that letter they posted. Man I wish it was out here already so I could see it.

Thanks for all the info joyce....I really hope you do get a chance to meet Vince and get your picture taken. I have been very lucky to have had some great encounters with him and I hope that all of his fans get to meet him at some point.

Wow ,Leah,that is to cool they put your letter and picture too. Since some of us can't find the magazine can you fill us in a bit on what you wrote ?

Just got my Nov 6 copy yesterday. I really complained about how we subscribers are treated in my email. I'll be anxious to see your letter in the next issue. Why only four stars, the highest they give is five. I'll be interested to see exactly what they say.

This is just SO NEAT !!! Congratulations for making to the CW, Leah!!! I suppose they keep info that is sent to them until they get a chance to use it..and what better time than now!!! So happy that they chose to use your letter and picture!!!! I thought the 'Hi Dez' sign was so cute!!!

Leah - that is really cool that they published your letter and picture and Vince's boxset gets a 4 star rating too. I will have to go out and find a copy of CW so I can add it to my scrapbook.

About 1yr ago i had my dream come true to meet him and it takes your breath away to think you are standing right beside of Vince Gill. how awesome.

I was finally able to pick up a copy of the magazine today. Not the best picture of Vince and I and they only printed a small portion of my letter...but it was cool none the less.
