This afternoon while eating my lunch I had the TV on Fox News and when it went to commercial break Target had a great add advertising Vince's new box set with pictures of album covers and Vince.
I wonder why Target has not been advertising new CDs in newspaper ads? Maybe that will be next.

Well,I am glad they are advertising it,they wouldn't let me pass out the stickers for it. Blew my mind.

The last time I was in my Target they had 2 sets. But I didn't see any special advertisements or anything.
I'm surprised they wouldn't let you pass out your stickers Anna.

Well, it's not surprising to me...down here, Target does not allow The Salvation Army to collect donations out front of their stores either. They say that in lieu of that, they make a big donation to The Salvation Army each year. But it's been said that their donation is not as much as they would receive if they allowed donations outside their stores. I've never cared for the Target stores...guess I'm just a Walmart person...LOL!!!

Target does not allow ANY solictation . I had quite a process with Walmart but they were very nice to deal with. I just got lucky and made contact with some nice people but I did have to make some calls. Just seems strange to me when they are selling the items that I was promoting . I suppose they have to have policies or everyone and their Uncle would be out there. Oh well it's over now and I feel good about helping sell Vince's music.

I'm glad that Walmart worked with you on passing out the stickers, Anna. You did a really good thing and I'm sure you made alot of people aware of the boxed set when they would not have otherwise known about it...

I've seen the Target commercial for These Days a lot!!! I'm a walmart person myself. The Target near me is very nice and I like their toy , book, and Christmas decoration depts. I had purposely not gone because of banning the Salvation Army. I was given a gift card from their store so I went to check it out and was pleasantly surprised.
